Step 1 - Pile cleaned to remove from surface:
- all marine growth.
- all mill scale.
- all loose rust or existing coating.
Grind smooth any sharp edges or protrusions
Apply Paste S105 to any pitting deeper than 2mm.
Apply Marine Piling Tape spirally with a 55% overlap.
Wrap Seashield 2000 FD Jacket around pile and tension using Seashield hydraulic tool.
Fix using stainless steel 316 fittings.
