Step 1 - Pile cleaned to remove from surface:
- all marine growth.
- all mill scale.
- all loose rust or existing coating.
Grind smooth any sharp edges or protrusions
Step 2 - Apply paste S105 over the surface using a gloved hand, brush or roller.
Step 3 - Apply Marine Piling Tape spirally with a 55% overlap.
Step 4 - Soak roll of Glass Outerwrap 70 in water according to TDS.
Apply Glass Outerwrap 70 spirally with a 55% overlap.
Overwrap with compression film until cured.
